Who knows? Yourlasers is dealextreme's laser site, their lasers are known to mostly be underspec. You might get 80mW if you're lucky with that one. Probably won't burn anything. If you want cheap, lasersman.com might be better. read this link, some of it is outdated but it will give you a better understanding
