need new diode and module

Last year I bought two brass lasers. One of them came back not working. One of them works beautifully. The other never fired once. I know it is the diode/driver. Can anyone replace the 2.5 watt diode and driver. They need to reuse the heatsink or make one exacly the same size. This seats into the host. The host also acts as heatsink.

I checked for all the obvious problems so I know it is the "head".

Is there anyone who can fix this :can:?

I received from truss the best bargains I can remember and I wasn't the only one. If someone could please help him out that would be great. I don't personally have a way of making a good heat sink if needed and haven't received my test load yet as the member ran out of them. Thanks to whomever helps.

No one help me so I got replacement lasers from TheJoker . Ill just sell the hosts
