Need help with replacing module

Okay, long story short, I finally received my shipment from DX today. I got the 100mw 405nm module and I had plans to take out a module from a 5mw case and put the 100mw in that. I looked at some video's on youtube and they made taking the top of look so easy, but after scratching the S**t out of my laser, i have got nowhere. It looks like the type of top is different then the ones that the people get from e-bay. If anyone has an easy way to take off the top, or has had some experience, please post a video of what you found or try to explain to me what i should do. Thanks

In my experience those tops are impossible to take off. I unscrew the module from the inside with a pair of needle nose pliers to extract it.

Interesting... Wouldn't this ruin the module though?
