Need help with a photoshop project

Hi all experts in Photoshop. Would you know how to get rid of a nasty edge around the picture that have a transparent background? My squirell picture have a terrible edge if I use a transparent background.

I am not too sure what you mean, I have attached the best way to view a squirell....not that it helps you at all

I have been using photoshop for around 4 years now yet I have no idea what exactly your asking.

Here you go mega, done it for you It now has a transparent background and a gradient.

btw, I used Adobe Fireworks, not Adobe Photoshop to create that pic I prefer Fireworks to Photoshop.

Oh man thanks a lot. This is exactly what I needed. I'm sure there is a way to do it in photoshop. I wish I knew how. Thanks so much
