I have ordered the mini laser show a few weeks ago. (DealExtreme: $67.95 Green + Red Laser Stars Light Show Special Effects Stage Projector (Green 50mW + Red 100mW))
Now, the green laser (Technical Data: 5V, 50mW) is broken.
Well, the new purchase is too expensive for me (The whole Thing costs about 70$).
(I know that this thing is cheap stuff from China).
Also, there are then determined by the customs (ZOLL, Germany) problems.
Now I would like to see a single laser diode (green, bestel 50 - 150 mW). Without the heatsink, or drivers, just the diode.
Do you know a source where you can order something cheap?
So a manufacturer in China, or a supplier in Germany or the USA?
To order a single Diode to Germany is not the Problem as the whole Lasershow. Small Letters where mostly not controlled by the Customs (Zoll).

Nun ist der Grüne Laser kaputt gegangen.
Nun ja, der Neukauf ist mir zu teuer (Ich weiß dass das Ding Billigware aus China ist, das ganze Gerät hat 70$ gekostet). Auch gibts es dann bestimmt wieder mit dem Zoll Probleme.
Nun möchte ich mir eine einzelne Laserdiode (grün, 50 - 150 mW) bestellen. Ohne die Heatsink oder Treiber, nur die Diode. Kleine Briefe werden vom Zoll meist nicht beachtet. Auch kann die Leistung einer einzelnen Diode nicht so leicht nachgewiesen werden.
Wisst ihr eine Quelle wo man so etwas (Laserdiode, grün) günstig herbekommt? Also einen Hersteller in China oder einen Lieferanten in Deutschland oder den USA?
