This is a 495nm diode .it is rated 200mw but i think it can reach 300-400 mw
Now, i want to ask about their price, it's a nicha diode .Anyone who has built or bought them, please give me information about them
Here is dadasheet for them:

Thank!!!

I do not believe anyone on the forum has one of these diodes. Nichia is historically a LOT more expensive - the 488s we have are the osram PLT5-488. And the 495s we have are from sharp.

For something as expensive as that is gonna be, I wouldn't dare overdrive it myself. If you get one, good luck and keep us posted

That IS a 488nm diode and apparently very expensive. You would be better off getting a Sharp 495nm diode. They have better divergence specs and are far less expensive. They can easily be driven to over 100 mW of optical power.

Thank all,the price is really too expensive,
Have a question, Do you know why the sharp diode is low power?I see they only have diodes at about 30-100mw

The Sharp diodes have really good beam specs. They can be driven to 175 mW at 350 mA. For a $60.00 diode in such a rare wavelength, that isn't too bad. I have driven mine at 275 mA which gives me up to 130 mW with the acrylic lens. It would be higher with an aspheric lens like the G2, but then I'd have that pesky rectangular artifact in the beam's profile.
