NDB7875 Heatsink Setup?

Howdy all,

Wanted to make a nice lab laser with those new 9mm 445nm diodes such as the one listed here: Nichia NDB7875 445nm 9mm Laser Diode With High Quality Single Element Glass Lens | eBay

Wasn't sure how I should go about heatsinking this guy. I'm somewhat competent with electronics so I was planning to do a TEC setup such as the following to ensure constant temperature.

TEC Heatsink: New 2 Pin Small QQ Computer Graphics Card Heatsinks Cooler Cooling Fan | eBay
TEC: 12V 60W TEC1-12706 Heatsink Thermoelectric Cooler Peltier Cooling Plate Module | eBay
Laser Module Heatsink: 12X30mm aluminum mount for AixiZ 12X30mm units | eBay

if you guys got any better ideas i'd be happy to hear them. I sadly don't have access to a drill press so I can't use any heatsinks that would require drilling.
 





DO NOT use that module heatsink. They are really holders, not heatsinks.
The hole is 12.5mm and that will leave you with a 0.5mm gap (you can see it in the picture). That number may not seem like much on paper, but it makes it useless for heat sinking.
They work great to hold modules running at low powers for testing optics and such, but for anything that needs heat sinking they are awful.
