Just look at the email I got:
RAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGEE!!!
I used multiple songs in this video. Probably about 7 different songs.. i dont remember how many exactly. But for some reason someone went out and took the time to report my video as violating terms of copyright. O yeah, and it wasn't full songs either, it was about 30 seconds of each song or so. They decide to choose the shortest song.
Youtube allowed me to file a claim on this copyright issue, and one of the options I could have selected talked about how I have use copyright material, however I have used them in a way that does not violate any terms. That sounds right to me?
Seriously.. it was just background music while I was showing doom playing on my phone.
Even funnier, is that it says a copyright owner claims he owns the material in my video. It's saying that HE OWNS slayer - south of heaven. Meaning it was the slayer band themselves that watched my video and decided they didn't like it... i highly doubt that..
