Okay.. So yesterday i made myself a little lab style laser, now the case isnt really ideal, but the laser keeps cool. The laser setup is its an aixiz module with an acrylic lense. anyone know if i can buy a glass lense? i recall seeing something on here but i cant find it..
A rkcstr driver, a tight fit aluminium tube, as a heat sink, a fan, and two switches for safety, it has a plug for power in, it can run off a 9 volt which plugs in, or a 12 volt 1.5 amp switch mode wall plug supply. both with designated clips to plug into the laser.
And well i Love it!
ive run it on a couple occasions for 5-10 minutes, without any real signs of heating.
