If I ask the seller to detach it into 2 parts and send each part separately, will it still constitute a full laser? Even if the custom wants to test, they need the spare battery cap

Basically, yes you can, just make sure the laser module and host/laser body get posted separately and you should be able to, where are you from? make sure you can import laser parts because most countries don't have any laws about laser parts only whole lasers.

I'm not sure if you can import the whole laser if it doesn't have a tail cap or batteries but they wouldn't be able to test it so you should be able to, I would just make sure it doesn't have a power label above your countries power limit.

Minus the Label Stickers and battery and the package there label as "LED Torch" should be able to pass. :beer:

Nice place. Btw do Malacca sell laser? Thinking of going there to buy laser since I from Singapore

I knew some places did sell but mostly Greenie 532nm and most of it are under 75mW. Price is Rm80 to RM180.
Those good ones you need to order overseas just like I did. :beer:

Could work, i dont see many lasers getting seized by customs as it is though.
