im s noob in lasers i havent own a green lasr before but i bought one in thailand for 10 euros. When i use my laser it strats always slow but it gets stronger after i use it for about 20 seconds is that normal and how can i make it be strong from the start?

It's becouse its a cheapy laser. You cant fix it.

The answer is still the same. Cheap green lasers are unpredictable and you cant fix it.

The 20 sec is the crystal setup being warmed up to working temperature.
A poor quality laser is very likely to have such issues and it is more or less impossible to fix.
