My first green, post, and help question!

So basically I got an Alpec Emerald Green laser from my Dad before he went overseas.
It worked for a while, flawlessly, and now it looks like there dust in it and the beams is scattered, will post pic if i can get one.
How can I fix this? I love this laser and can't really afford a new one so any help is appreciated
