Hi, I'm italian, so, excuse me for the bad english :-[

Tonight I want to buy a laser... but... i need a suggest.

WickedLaser NEXUS 95mW

OR

TechLaser Infiniti 95mW

The techlaser costs (shipped) 185$, and the nexus 390$ shipped (but with discount and WBs i can get it for 200$)

What to do?
I want to burn well and to see very well the beam at night!
If the nexus can burn also well i'll go with him...
on youtube i can see only videos of the "old nexus" (like the infiniti)... have anyone vids of the "new version"?

I have also any question:
1) at how much distance can i pop baloons/light matches?
2) how much brighter is an exe than an infinity?
3) can also a nexus light matches and pop baloons, light cigarettes well without lens? at how much distance?

TNX!

Read the forums, neither of those lasers are a good choice.
Look at Nova, Optotronics & Laserglow.

Oh and I doubt a 95mW laser will light a cigarette, I JUST about managed it with a 150mW IR.

IR is harder to focus and is shady when comparing to any visible colors. Anything over 85 mW really shouldn't have to much of a problem lighting a match...

I am guessing your a WL worker or PR trying to sell yoru products considering bolth TL and WL are the same thing and nova is defently not the same as tech lasers. huge difference difference between them... and if your not a PR then sorry but, read the from please befor you post becaus this has been brought up 100x's and its been the same answer evey time....

anways happy laser buying

Techlasers might sell the same cni products like nova but 90% that there cheap nockoffs of the real thing, and there customer support is less than good.  Also they claime to sell a cni made laser that cni actualy doesnt make.  Wickedlasers is just as bad, especialy sinced they started making their own laser.

So which do you prefer about them.

M ode Hopping nockoff lasers.
A lmost non existent customer service.
D eacreasd power output then what they advertise.

So if you purchase from them thats how they'l leave you... MAD

...lazer... ;D ;D ;D

mmh... about 2 hours ago i've bought the nexus... i hope that's a good choise... i've payed it 201$

well, hopefully you wont get to pissed off when your laser arrives and it is underpowered...

for the same price you could have gotten a X-100 from NOVA and it probably would have come overpowered, but whatever.... good luck

:(
i've listen a lot of person bought from WL and revided good and overpowered stuff...
i hope to be one of them...

some people never listen. YOU'D REALLY RATHER WASTE YOUR OWN MONEY THAN LISTEN TO THE LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF DISSATISFIED WL CUSTOMERS HERE.

YOUR LASER WILL BE UNDERPOWERED. YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING IT REPLACED IF YOU CAN AT ALL. YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON IT.
you just wait and see.

and by referring to WL in guinness world records... they (WL) are simply promoting themselves.
I have actually done the research about that, as far as I can find out, NO other laser company was contacted or knew about it, to enter a record, as a Hercules or a RPL would win against anything of WLs, no trouble AT ALL.

Wicked lasers is crap.. I bought one (A red one) form them, 2 weeks later it didnt focus right and they accused me of dropping the laser, I sent in pictures of the silver laser case in perfect condition along with photos of what the laser was doing.. Finally after waiting a week an a half they told me to send it back for a refund. It took another 2 weeks plus several emails for them to credit me back stating they hadn't gotten it yet despite me sending in the tracking number stating it got delivered. On top of that a while back they sent me a survey stating if I filled it out I would get a free core laser lol yea been at least 4 months never got it.

Green_Dragon,
You made a very bad choice IMO. Had you taken the time to research the forums you would know to run away from WL. Currently there are three companies I will recommend based on the quality of their products, and customer service. I own a Nova X105 and it has peaked as high as 138mw's. Normally it will peak as high as 128mw's. It came rated at 122mw's peak and 119mw's average. Nova always under rates their lasers. If you would have purchased a X100, you can bet it would sustain more power than what it is rated for. The other problem you have is you live in Italy and I don't know if there is anyone there that can test your laser for you...so you have to take WL's word which doesn't mean squat. With Nova, you would know what your laser is capable of when you receive it because they write the peak and average on the box. And since many of us have testing equipment, we know who we can trust for their word.

I have a dragonlaser and I am happy with it but then again I dont have a meter to see if it puts out what is advertised. But it does burn cups, balloons, matches and you can feel them burn your skin.. I was happy with the communication and fast shipping. But I know a few more respected and knowledgeable members here dont like dragonlasers but you cant get worse than wicked lasers.

If i was you Green Dargon, i would contact Wicked with some bogus story about how your kid stole your credit card and you didnt mean to buy th laser. Honestly, Wicked products arent HORRIBLE (In my mind atleast,) but they are not even close to the price they charge. Plus, on their forums you will never get a straight answer because people are banned from mentioning competitor's prices.

I wouldnt buy from them... i doubt you would again given the comments here.
