I must just polish the back of the MXDL that it gets silver too or perhabs i will make a other battery housing ....but like i said it is my first project...for my 2 PHR. I will make one for the LPC too...i Think it has enough cooling to put a little bit more power inside the diodes ;D

Will make some tests with the PHR ( ma ) and temp.

That would make it look even better! I think you'll find that, that has way more then enough cooling for the diode :-X... ;)
Again great job :D

That looks like a decent heatsink!

I suppose you might as well machine the back end too, doing away with the flashlight completely.

yes, but first i must play a little bit and make some tests. It was my first idea. I am thinking about a small one too with the lava microflex driver. In this one there is there is a rkcstr micro driver inside.
The next thing what i want to do is to make a pulsed driver, but this can make only a friend of me ( for me ). He is developer in the car industry ( he developes the Motor electronic ).

because the lm on the rkcstr gets very hot, the microflex driver can only handle to 5,5 V. and you can drive the diodes a little bit higher and the diodes will live longer ...i read it so in the internet...my friend have some other features he want to implement :-) When it is finished...it would be a great driver.... i will post it here...when it is finished...
