I recently ordered from Deal Extreme, an MXDL for a host. The item shipped soon after I ordered and I was sent a email informing me that it was shipped and that it may take 2-3 weeks to get. I received the item in 2 weeks, and it was exactly as described. For $12 it was actually a very nice quality flashlight, I almost felt bad ripping it apart.
A week later I received another email from them, following up to make sure that I received it ok and that everything was ok with the order. They included several contact methods in the email. I was impressed, even though it was an AUto-responder that sent it, it is still something that few companies do.
I would definitely recommend them to friends.
Now I just need to order another SenKat diode to finish this one up.
