Mohgasm drivers

I got one of the rectangular drivers a while back and intended on using it in a guidsman host, I've gone off them hosts now so was wondering whats the smallest host I could use it in ?

Dude, that's going to depend on the host and the driver. Is the driver a BenBoost or is it a Moghasm linear driver?

Well, that's kind of a long driver that doesn't fit well into tiny hosts. I once managed to fit it in a C-6, but I had to do some machining to the pill.

Will you be mounting to the diode, or running leads?

i'll be running leads, i almost fit it into a trustfire tr-05 (i think thats what it is, but is a bout a mm to long

You might very well need to attach it directly to your diode leads..

Hmm, i was worried about heat sinking, it's running at 1.6A

Yeah...you're going to generate some heat like that...what are you driving with it?

I was thinking one of the 445 M diodes, i'm not too bothered about the width, more on the length really, don't want it too long

Yeah...you may want to choose a different driver.
