I was looking for basic specs on this thing and couldn't find it.

Type of driver? Input voltage range? I'm interested.

If you need some simple cylindrical aluminum heatsinks, I can cut some out on the lathe for ya.

Its a basic linear driver, input voltage need to be diode voltage + ~2.5v
generaly you need 2 lithium-ion batts.

Ahh ok, yeah I am looking for a 1 cell driver that can bump up the voltage and current limit as well.

Let me know if you need any simple cylindrical heat sinks cut out for your drivers. I've got some small diameter 6061 aluminum round stock and a lathe.

How much current are you looking for?
what type of diode are you going to use?

1.8A preferrably. It's going to be extremely short pulses (<1 sec) from a 445 nm m140 diode. If you think it can handle 2A, I'd do that too. It's been a while since I have seen what they can handle on short duty cycles.
