My New Mitsubishi 300mW 635nm diode in a Copper module and the Lazeerer's X-Drive at 750mA. Lens are Acrylic for 635nm. 396mW :na:

Nice work. The X-Drive is truly amazing. I have been waiting a long time for a good single cell solution for the 635 diodes.

I just got some set to 850mA and have them up in the store now as drop ins. They usually land about 400mW+ with the three element lens for red.:beer:
