Well, I am not exactly an advocate for this technique of "tracking." On the otherhand, I am trying to show that despite the monumental costs of implementing such a law, it would be relatively useless. Again, promoting a false sense of security to the public. For the sake of building a credible and respected argument, I was searching for as detailed and specific information as possible (including but not exclusive to manufacturers, model or series, running costs, other accessories such as a mounting table, etc (again im not a laser expert)) in order to cover the bases when the attacks come.
