Anyone have experience with this little laser? I purchased one for VERY cheap, it looked brand new but did not include a power supply. I couldn't find out anything about it on the internet but ran across a power unit on ebay. It works, but is very dim and does not have a good dot. So I got to looking into the end of the module and noticed some things are offset and need aligned better. I will put up some pics tomorrow just to document a little more about this laser.

Every thing seems to be in place, the lens onside the module the diode is pressed into looks very strange. It sits at an angle and looks almost like a focal lens but yet doesn't.

You got a picture of the outside of the laser where the beam exits and can you also take a picture of the inside of the laser when you removed the hood on it.

I know these pretty good.

Either someone tried to do a repair before you bought it and did a bad job or Melles Griot aligned it that way for beam manipulation.

Your images are just are far enough where i cant see clearly whats going on.

Can you take closer images.?
