Melatonin.. Sleep support? Or Sleep preventer?






^^^Hmm, 2:20am. I meant to go to sleep almost three hours ago, not sure :wtf: happened. Seems to happen every night though.
 
i can relate. its 1:25 here in texas, i always read something on LPF and get distracted :tired: yesterday i went to sleep at 6am, i forgot i had to wake up at 8 for acceptance test :p FAILED.
 
is it just me or does it seem like a lot of LPF members have trouble sleeping? :p haha

If you notice my posts are usually around 12AM - 6AM.

What I do is get into an extremely uncomfortable position when I first lay down. I wait 10 -20 minutes, and then find my comfy spot. It gives my body great relief to be out of the uncomfortable position, and usually tricks it into sleep.

If I wake up, and cant fall back to sleep I'll throw down a few belts, and chill till my eyes start to close.

A shot of NyQuil works good too, and is non-addictive. Gross, but it gets the job done when nothing else works.

I've always been into self abuse. Sleep deprivation is just part of the game.

Personally I would take some of this(for medicinal purposes of course) before using nasty stuff like ambian/lunesta/etc. Strong indica strains will knock you right out.

^^^Certainly relaxing. I hate idiotic laws that make it illegal.

Never had any that came even close to knocking me out though.
