Services offered:

*Copper filling of pills.

*De-doming of LED’s

*Copper braiding.

*Alterations to reflectors, pills, and hosts.

*Custom laser/flashlight heat sinks in Aluminum or Copper.

*Brazing/Soldering/Welding of materials not previously possible.
Copper to Aluminum, Copper to Brass etc.

*Testing of laser output of up to 3.7W.

*Custom machining, pressing, fabricating to customer specifications.

this excites me so much! a local making heatsinks etc fast shipping is the best lol you are going to have a lot of work from me coming your way dude. I need a 501b heatsink im fairly certain as i think i ordered a host.

No problem.
My suggestion would be to send the host to me so I can machine it to that exact host, you might have noticed but different suppliers might all call that host
501b but there will be slight differences in all of them.

Now if you're going to make a group of lasers and order the hosts from one supplier then I would only need that host once, send it back to you with the heat sinks, and as long as you continue to purchase from that supplier its all good.

What are you general prices for hosts?

It depends on size of heat sink, and value of host.
Generally it's between $30-$50, heat sinks on their own between $25-$35.

Can do that for you, but they're a fair bit more expensive considering the cost of copper and difficulty involved with machining it.
I can look into for you though and give you a quote if you'd like.
