In need of cash, selling m140 (445nm, 2w+ max output) diode modules, prices:
25 for just the copper module with the diode pressed in (PMMA AR coated lens and focus ring included but lens will not suffice for high power settings)
28 for just the copper module with the diode pressed in and silicon insulated wires soldered to the diode and heatshrinked over, 10cm length(PMMA lens and focus ring included but lens will not suffice for high power settings)
50 for the copper module including driver(4A buck my own design, PMMA AR coated lens and focus ring included but lens will not suffice for high power settings)
52 for the copper module including driver and silicon insulated wires soldered to the diodes (4A buck my own design, PMMA AR coated lens and focus ring included but lens will not suffice for high power settings)
Extras for the modules with driver: LPM reading of the module + 3 euros.
