LZLK from lazerer?

I couldn't find anything about this laser (probably because IR is not very exciting) but I'm just wondering with the safety features on it make it legal? It seems to have everything necessary the laser is here

Nope.. Even if it has every safety feature needed if would never be granted a variance from the CDRH. And that's true for all high power pointers generally, not just the one you linked to.
