LPC836 Laser Diode Problem

I would go for an LPC-840 instead. It is rated 50 mW higher than the LPC-836. I have one doing close to 400 mW with a glass short focal length aspheric lens. The cheapest place to find them that I know of is the Chinese sellers. Mostly Techhod, Newgazer or Existotem. You can find them on eBay for ~$10.00 or less. If you email Robinson at hosible@hotmail.com you can get them cheaper than their cheapest price on eBay. You may find them at Laserlands too, or some other seller on eBay. Laserlands has their own site which is always cheaper than their eBay prices.
