LPC-826 max current inside Aixiz w/o hs?

Hi, I have a very simple question, what is the max current I can supply to an LPC-826/836 heatsinked only by an Aixiz module?
The "Aixiz" is actually this red module from DX, it will go inside an old AA green pointer's host.

I have run my lpc-836 without a heatsink at around 200mA with a 100% duty cycle, although I didn't test it any further before I blew the diode . Waiting for new one and will try to test it for you, but 200mA shouldn't need any heatsinking.

I already of all the parts I need for this build, the diode is still on its way here.
I've drawn a schematic of my build, green lines are ground and red lines are positive, the host takes 12mm module without the need for a heatsink, black circle is a switch, purple rectangle is a high-side linear driver, blue rectangle is a lithium charger, white square is 5v dc-in, 14500 battery will be isolated from the host.
Will this work?
