LPC-826 diode Australia

Just wondering if anybody knows of a source for LPC-826 diodes in Australia? I'm in the middle of my first build and have just managed to kill the diode that I already have So now I need a new one and don't really want to wait weeks for it to arrive or pay 2x the cost of the diode in postage.

I would go ebay except it takes so long to arrive. I was hoping to buy one from within Australia even if it was a bit more expensive and get it like next week.
