Plenty now, thanks to you!! Lets review:

I now know that "Sometime the class of post does effect how things happen"

and I also know that "...all kinds of stuff happen"

plus I know that "...if you send stuff standard mail then you'll get standard treatment"

and, of course "This applies to the way customs treat stuff."


I don't want to brag, but I'm quite an accomplished bullshit artist myself, and I gotta tell ya, I'm very impressed!
 





Chill Guys, No need for this. Thanks to everyone who has posted advice. I Don't have a lot of money and I thought I was being clever by sending it using a work facility that was available to me and free.
Bottom line is.. we can all learn something over this , and that is, if you have to return a laser for any reason, make sure that you choose a delivery method that is trackable or at least insured.

Now to start saving those pennies again to buy another. I am totally hooked ;)

Great news ;D ;D ;D

After a lot of correspondance with Andrew at support, over many weeks. He has agreed to send me a replacement Laser for the one I returned and had got lost or stolen somewhere in the postal system.

I know that not everyone on this forum sings Wicked lasers praises, but as my first purchase of a laser , and the only company I have dealt with, I have found their attitude and support for me to be outstanding.

It will be a few weeks before I receive my replacement as its the holiday season in Asia (new year?) and the post service will be shut for a week, but sure am looking forward to being a laser owner again.

will post a piccie of my smiling mugshot when it arrives, hehe .

That is great news!

Even though the products I got from Wicked were bad, I do have to agree that they have good support.
 
Tallaxo - that is AWESOME ! I am glad they are doing you right - as long as they stick to that motto - they will be okay ! I am very happy for you !

We could use a few more pics and videos as well - a perfect use for your new laser

I have had 3 weeks with no laser to think up some cool effects. One of which will be totally original and produce an effect you have never seen before (well it works on paper) 8-) 8-)
