looking to buy o-like green module 5-50mw

Hello all, I'm looking to buy a simple 5-30mw green module that o-like sells.

I could buy directly from them but honestly am not all that crazy about waiting for it to arrive to me from china. Could go up to 50mw but no more. Am looking for someone who just has a spare they have sittin around with no use and could spare not having it anymore. Preferably in the states that can ship it fast.
