I'd go with a forum builder over O-like simply because they have shipped more than a few underspec units. Some people get lucky and receive something good, but I wouldn't want to gamble 100$ on that.

Well, I ended up going with Sci-Fi. So far I've heard nothing negative about them, and their lasers being custom build per order is pretty cool.
