looking for very small lower power IR diode

Im looking for a really small lower than .5mm, low power (lower than 1mw) laser diode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean a 3.8mm diode then at less than 1mW? Not sure how to help with that. There's 3.8mm diodes but there's probably only a couple members that could attempt to set one that low. Hopefully they will pipe in here. Cyp would know.
