This is the basic idea.

Also a little bit of advice for safety. If your using it to light ciggys you should add a beam stop/dump maybe 2 or so inches above the laser aperture, so the beam doesnt continue up and away, which could accidentaly hit yourself or someone standing around you in the eye while your focusing on lighting the ciggy. It could be on a hinge of some sort, so it could still be used as a laser pointer or to burn things further away if you want.

That was discussed in my previous thread, and I plan on using a pen case (white) as the stopper, hopefully it will work out as planned.
