Hi, rather than the garbage on ebay, I'd recommend this. It's almost exactly 200mw, more visible than 650nm red lasers, and falls within the middle of your price range.

Yep, the best you can get for what you want is probably Sanwu, lots of members including myself have the Sanwu Pocket series and are impressed by it. https://www.sanwulasers.org/product/pocket
