Looking for CHEAP large area photodiode

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for cheap photodiodes with large area for a laser powermeter. Until now I only found some hamamatsu diodes:

not so cheap (~50euro)! Any suggestions?

DigiKey has some single Xtal Silicone cells... similar to what is used
in the LaserCheck.. They call it a PhotoDiode...
One of the Part numbers is PDB-C613-2-ND... it is about 10mm X 10mm.
