Looking for a custom laser

It seems like my google-fu is not as sharp as it was or this is becoming a censored subject. I used to be able to find costume built lasers on google for sale but not today. I don't have the skills to build either. So who would you guys refer to? Looking for something that can be focused in at a pre-defined distance.

I'm not positive on wavelength or power. I know the end goal is to make something smoke a little from about 30-50 feet away.
I added location and introduced myself.

Hi now that’s better a Texan great . 30 to 50 ft away you will need a with a beam expander . Why so far away? Or other high power diodes.

HA. Yeah well it defiantly has a double meaning. But I don't live in CA anymore. Can the beam expander fit into a battery powered/handheld unit or would it be more realistic to have these features in a less portable solution. The distance is just preferred but not 100% necessary.

Yes, a beam expander can fit on to a hand held unit very easily!
