Looking for 650nm 80mw or 100mW diodes

I am looking for red 650nm, 80 or 100mW diodes, just like I would get from aixiz.

I want them to be diffused. With the ability to stay on at least 30 minutes continously with a life span of around 5000 hours.

You can get them from darklasers.com for $5 each. The Diode is rated 130mW CW so you should have not problem running it for thousands of hours at 100mW.

they don't say 650nm, but it probably is, or 660nm. Here it is:
