Too bad there....that company had a REAL opportunity to get a lot of business and become a part of the Western market. jieff111 just kept shooting himself in the foot trying to argue...I guess he forgot he was in business!
Thanks for all your reviews and back and forth with them Pontiacg5...I guess he will just have to keep with ALL those HAPPY CHINESE customers! :crackup:
 
Ah, I really didn't do anything, the guys who took a chance for the group deserve the praise.

Us dumb foreigners don't know enough about the laser tubes apparently...
 
I wonder if it's a cultural thing or something, but I will never do business with a company that treats customers like that. They aren't doing us a favor, we are doing them a favor by giving them money - if I give my money to a company I expect to be treated with respect and expect them to do as much as possible to make me happy.

A company that argues and implies that customers are lying? No thanks.

Apart from the less than impressive lasers Lvilaser also have a customer representative that make WL look good.
