Little help needed

Ok, so I'm looking around for a 532nm (green) 300 mW laser and seem to be coming across huge price differences. Tmart is giving me a price of 61$, while Wickedlasers is saying 300$. Could someone help shed some light on this?

You'll end up with a much nicer and higher quality red if you go DIY
