I remember there was a thread about the current and lifetime of these diodes, can someone redirect me to it? Also, how long do ya think a phr803t will run at 130mA, 110mA, and 100mA? Thanks!

IgorT probably posted something like this. He has some fairly strong opinions on the "average" life of these diodes. However, as you can see from many posting herein, some of these diodes go well beyond the "expected" life at a given output.
