I purchsed my laser pointer on Sept 27th and have spoken to Max. My order is `processing`. What does this mean? Thanks!

It basically means that your order is in line, and they will eventually get to getting your package ready. Usually the processing time can take 7 to 14 days. If it's any longer you may want to email them again.
Once your purchase is ready to ship the status will change to ready to ship or go straight to shiped, in which they will give you a tracking # that has very limited information on it.
You will get an email when your status changes. It is quite a long wait for lasers to arrive. I used this company 3 times and it can take near a month to arrive, so the best thing to do is to try to forget about your order for a few weeks. Hard to do I know.

Are they located in China??
If so you fell into the National Day period- China shuts down for a week or more every year- few boxes go out- emails dont get replied to and every year people think they are being ignored. Most workers DO work the weekend before so they can stretch this holiday into a week or more--- I try to have everything done long before the last few days of Sept and leave all my China friends alone to enjoy the break...also they come back to work behind by a week or more so give them a chance to play'catch up'.

You may get a better answer from someone in possession of a working crystal ball-my is still in the shop waiting on parts.
I DO know this- the 'WAIT' will be the same number of days no matter what-
IF a estimated date of delivery was given and it does not get met- you will suffer even more from your own inability to wait with patience-
it will arrive within a few weeks to a month after paying EXCEPT if you ordered to close to National Day so add about 10 days for that mistake.
anyone with extra cash and a lack of patience in the waiting department should ask for DHL express- if they get you box before the holiday it gets sent on its way. I have had parcels delivered to Texas from JetLaser in less than 60 hours---Pricey shipping but you get what you pay for.

DHL does not shut down-- but boxes from companies just do not always get dropped off for shipping- and few orders get processed during these breaks..
