No Lasever does sell drivers only, but there are limitations as to what types of diodes one can use with them. More details can be found by contacting Lasever directly.

Actually we mainly sell laser modules, both diode and DPSS
We sell drivers and Dichros, too.

But as the shipping cost is not cheap
it's not worth to only buy some little accessories from China, right?

If you're referring to drivers, there are not many sources of Analog drivers right now for those of us that build our own modules, so given that fact it often IS worth it buying these accessories from wherever you can find them... even China. And there are a lot of people who are building their own modules these days..
