Beautiful compact Argon Laser For Sale (Australia!)

For Sale is a Laser Physics Argon laser. 488nm adjustable between 5mW and >50mW. In excellent working condition and has had little use apart from maintenance runs. This is an all in one unit; both the power supply and tube are housed in the same casing as shown in the photo.
Asking price is AU$450.

i bought one of these from timelablasers and it's a damn fine little argon, mine will light a match. cost a fortune to ship, but i love it! it makes the coolest sound when starting.

Oh man... I'm really considering this...

I'm actually reverse-engineering the last argon I bought off you in order to get that up and running... Having a working unit would be awesome.... but is it $450 worth of awesome :/

This is a beautiful laser....no need for an external psu and exhaust! Plug and play....for anyone that is in the market for an Argon this unit is worth even the extra shipping cost to the US or Europe at this price! Also timelablasers is very reputable and knowledgeable.

I have 2 psu boards, both non working (but repairable with time), an ignitor board - working, heatsink psu board - working, working key switch/interlock board, a few other boards and a tube.

Wow, I have always wanted a 488nm... This is hard to not just grab this.. It is literally a toss up between this and a Sony HMZ-T2 for $430 which i was going to buy on tuesday.. Decisions, decisions... Or i could sell my 200mW 520nm to fund this?? Hmm..
