LaserGlow issues.

*sigh*

It's happened again. I've sent LaserGlow a few emails over the last couple of days in regards to their 25% sale and have yet to be replied in 2 days. Many if you may consider this silly as only 2 days have gone by, but be aware many places reply to you within the next business day and with great respect and professionalism.

I don't know how you're experiences have been with them(I used to buy many of their products) but decided to stop for the time being. I was considering their $500 Rigel 593.5 laser pointer but decided to switch back to trustworthy DL for my laser needs. Adam has been very friendly, and replies(although sporadic) within 1-2 days addressing any help I need.

Sorry to make a rant, but in today's market and economy having someone consider spending $500 on a hobby and with your company should be a no-brainer! Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Anyone else had problems? I heard calling them works a lot better, but if a company specifies an email it should be answered quickly, no?

Never had problems with them, they always tried their best to help me. Nothing out of the ordinary up here in Canadia that would call off business days, but maybe your emails are getting sorted into spam by accident, that happens sometimes. Give er a few days, keep an eye on em to see if they maybe reply late.
