LaserChat Workaround

Those of you that frequent #laserchat and may be having issues connecting, one of our servers have been down for a while now, laser.irc.ecnet.org. Instead, try connecting straight to irc.ecnet.org, and you should be able to connect.

We're working to get the server back up, however we're having a few problems.
