Laser WP 303 focus head

Hello, i'd like to know if the focus head on the 303 laser
is just a hole to adjust focus or if there is a some kind of lens there?

Depending on the one you get, it may come with different diffraction gratings that give a number of patterns on a wall. They also come with a cheap focus lens that can vary the focus a little. They are a cheap version of a good laser.
