laser testing

I have a green laser marked 5mw but the beam is visable in a somewhat lit room so I am fairly sure it is more powerful than that. Would any trusted member in the US be willing to test it for me if I paid return shipping? I dont have a lpm or much money at this time. How much would one run anyway?

I am not sure if it would be worth the shipping to have a 5mW tested.

As far as a LPM there are several options. Just do a search for Laserbee or Kenometer.

I have a Laserbee II and am very happy with it.
