Laser laws in Italy?

Hello,

I've recently moved to Italy and was wondering if I could play around with my lasers at night or is it Illegal to do so in Italy?

What are the laws for handheld laser pointers?

I know laser Laws in France, which I believe are similar throughout Europe. Im not positive on whether you are allowed to shine them at night, but am aware that importation limits are regulated to being Class II (<1mW).

Edit: Though you can easily sneak most lasers through as they are labeled as "flashlights" lol.

I am not worried about sneaking them in but actually using them at night.

I don't want to be thrown in jail, pay a fine or get my laser confiscated.
