i have a question.
does the laser driver can make the diode to run at more voltage than the normal voltage wich is allowed for the diode?please anwer me.
 





In most cases, no. In order to correctly answer that question specifically, I need to know what kind of driver you're referring to.
 
Then no. The rkcstr driver is a 317/1117 regulator driver. They regulate both current and voltage, but in this configuration they regulate current and allow the diode to use as much voltage as it needs, but no more. If a rkcstr driver blows a diode, it is usually because the current was set too high.
 
to understand if i connect a 9 volt battery to the diver the diode it will not be killed?
 
That's correct, especially if you're using a blu-ray diode. The rkcstr driver requires 9V input to power a blu-ray. What diode are you using and what current have you set the driver to?
 
Yes the diode will not be killed. The driver is made to handle up to 12V. It can go higher but it will not be in regulation and the extra volts will turn to heat.

the driver wich it comes with the aixiz if i run it at 9 volt i will kill my diode?because i want to replace the diode with a blu-ray.
 
The driver that comes with the aixiz module is useless. Throw it out and replace it with a rkcstr driver. Yes, the rkcstr driver will be fine at 9v.
