Does anyone have schematics for a adjustable current and voltage laser diode driver?
I'd like to build one. The most powerful diode I'll ever be powering will be the NDB7A75.

Google is your friend. Also,there is a search bar on the bottom of the page. There are countless threads about this.
 
The threads Ive found are for complex drivers I guess meant for analog modulation.

I just need a bare bones adjustable driver that will just allow me to power on/off my diode and not kill it in the process from spikes in current.
Please link to a single thread about building such bare bones driver if you've found one.
