Laser diode knowledge question: for Senior

How can you identify laser diode without any written on it ?

You know like for Electronics parts.

Use a DMM in diode mode and test it.

You can't tell exactly the model... I suggest you keep a track of all your diodes when you get them, with labels and clear writing.

Hi, I bought them from a science teacher on ebay. i have a small sticker with ld60 written on it, thanks verry much for the answer :wave:

i think they could come from new brunswick company, i dont find the sticker i had whith the laser diode but i remember. thanks
